Beautiful and elegant Midcentury modern vintage clothes / coat hangers (coathanger) made of brass plated steel attributed to Austrian Design Atelier - Werkstätte Carl Auböck, circa 1950s. Fantastic design, superb quality and size.We have seen these sold as by Carl Auböck, but we have no evidence of this - hence the attribution. They do, however, have a very similar scale and thickness to the material to the magazine racks of Carl Auböck, for example.Would look great on an open clothes rack / hat stand in an entrance foyer or hallway.
