Groovy home made clothing rack, circa 1970's. This rack is constructed of a solid pine frame, with three pipes fixed to the top creating the rods from which you can hang garments, blankets etc. The wood elements are of exaggerated mod style forms, typical of 1970's Hippie style, with the pipes adding a nod to industrial, and folk art influences. Possibly a unique piece, its the first one we've ever seen. Perfect for home use, or even as a store fixture in a vintage clothes store. Solid, sturdy and ready to use condition, well crafted and capable of everyday, regular use.
