Throughout the Qing Dynasty, coat racks were traditionally used to hang the opulent coats and dresses of the feudal elite. Emperor's Clothes Rack can be used to hang coats and other garments at the end of a busy day or to display a collection of ties and belts. The two hanging rods are in a 24k polished gold finish of varying heights and also provide ample space for coat hooks, while the lower drawers serve to store linens or accessories. An elegant piece of furniture, available in various finishes, that not only proves a feast for the eyes, but also offers practicality and functionality thanks to the ample space available inside the drawers. Designed by Chinese architect and interior designer Lea Chen for VG, made entirely by craftsmen from Veneto.
