A great all original early example of the classic and iconic arm chair by Eames for Herman Miller. Easily available research help date this chair to 1959 or 1960. (mostly using the label with patent numbers). An excellent and collectible overall survivor completely original down to the shock mounts. This will look great anywhere! This is the model PAC Fiberglass Pivot Arm Chair. It has the earlier polished aluminum pedestal base that swivels 360 degrees. The fairly uncommon navy blue fiberglass shell is in exceptional clean and shiny shape. Smooth all over especially along edges, with barely a nick or two. Other than that only a few scuffs or rubs to the backside. We have not done any restoration, repairs or anything. Sturdy and comfy and ready for another 60 years.
