Amazing Midcentury Elephant-shaped coffee table / side table in hand-braided rattan with wood tusks in the style of Vivai Del Sud. It also has a removable wicker tray on top of it. Made in Italy in the 1960s. Vivai del sud and Arpex were leading design studios in 1970s Italy specialized in this high-end tropical glam style.
