This old Rattan coffee table needs some love! The base if very sound and looks quite good for over 66 years old but the top has a collection of rings and other defects which require stripping, sanding and a new finish. This was a set of Pretzel style rattan brought into the country by a friend of family Merchant Marine skipper sometime in the 50's. It has seen it's share of drinks placed without protection over the years. I hope it finds a good home to someone who loves the history of an old sailor of the high seas. Cheers Mates!
