This solidly constructed 1954 coffee table is unusual for having an inset marble top. The warm finish of the fruitwood frame nicely complements the dark pink marble with an orange tinge. The marble is visually interesting with both dark and white veining across the surface. The frame's Queen Anne style components including curved cabriolet legs, shaped skirting, and gently notched indents in each quadrant. Each leg is topped with a peaked rectangular medallion.
