This vintage piece is a great example of Hollywood Regency and is in excellent condition. Yet, shopping for a coffee table requires some thought. How big is your living room, rule of thumb 16-18" from sofa and 30" from fireplace or flat screen. Sectionals look great with round tables. If you have kiddos in the house a round table is better than rectangular - no sharp edges. Consider the height of the coffee table (CT), if you bend down to get your glass and fall over - then it probably to low. Our CT is a nice height of 24" certainly not too low. The glass is a hefty 3/4" thick and is very stable on it's beautifully sculptured chrome base. Don't pretend it won't look good in your living room.
