This 48" solid American black walnut coffee table with featured ceramic leg is inspired by the sun’s apparent orbit around the earth, the table legs exposed on the top surface create a celestial composition. The tabletop is made out of solid American black walnut and features a 6" white glazed ceramic leg alongside 3 additional solid wood legs. Hinterland Design's "Ecliptic Table" is also available in whitewashed Canadian white ash, and a smaller 26" round coffee table and smaller 24" round side table, all of which are 14" high. The legs are customizable be either copper plated, brass, blackened or powder coated steel. In this one-of-a-kind version, the main 6" wide leg is hand thrown clay, fired and then glazed in white to compliment the walnut.Hinterland designs and manufactures each of their pieces in its Vancouver, Canada workshop.
