Hex Coffee Table

The Hex Coffee Table from Bomma takes its six-sided shape from the molecular structure of quartz crystal. Dechem Studio designed the hexagonal footprint and rippled surface texture captured in mouth-blown crystal, referencing the mineral foundation of glass itself. The steel base supports textured glass that catches and redirects light across its undulating surface. Multiple tables can connect through their shared geometry, forming larger grouped arrangements. The wavelike pattern across the crystal top references the material's liquid state during production, which is then frozen into a permanent pattern of movement.
