The wood is supported by a rattan pole base lashed together with leather rawhide laces on the exposed joints. The legs have open fretwork spandrels in the Asian aesthetic adding intrigue to the design. The table is sturdy and strong with excellent joinery and craftsmanship. McGuire makers plaque on bottom.
