Swedish Mid Century Art Deco Inspired Elm Root Coffee Table Circa 1950. We are pleased to offer this Scandinavian coffee table with strong influences to the art deco period. Circular top veneered in elm, stringing and a central segmented arrangement of elm root which forms a stunning near symmetrical pattern towards the middle. Raised on 4 stained birch baluster supports which link to the ellipse shaped base. Standing on 4 carved and shaped bun feet. Rich golden colour and recently restored and hand re-polished in our workshop. Minor restorations to veneer, 1 small minor mark to top surface. Ready for everyday use in the home.
