Made by Oblik Studio of Brooklyn NY in their Williamsburg Workshop. The top is made from hexagonal sheet steel elements tediously asembled by hand before being acid washed to obtain its rich and unique oxydised patina finish. The base is made from 1/2" DIA steel rod sections joined with Bronze. This stunning detail has been ground smooth and polished to create a one of a kind design accent showcased by the notched corners of the top. Largely inspired by the American arts and crafts era this design is nonetheless a truly contemporary artisanal creation terribly distant from the manufactured decadence of mainstreem luxury interior design.
