Mid Century Modern 1950's Peter Hvidt Drop Leaf teak coffee table was made in Denmark by France and Son and imported by John Stuart. The black laminated leaf lifts up and the other one inch thick top slides upon the frame to support it and fully extends to 71 inches. Original metal tag from John Stuart and France & Son Serial number, also France & Son logo and Made in Denmark stamped on wood can be found underneath the table.
