Pinch is a collection of service tables which best expresses all the poetry and lightness of Japanese design studio Nendo, under the guidance of architect Oki Sato.‎ The structure of these tables is made of metal tubes matt painted in black colour, while the trays are made of solid cedar wood, available in raw natural or black-stained finish: the contrast between these two materials carefully defines the nature of these objects, which are extremely contemporary and characterized by absolute simplicity.‎ Small, light and easy to move, Pinch service tables perfectly describes the measure of Japanese gesture: great control, great sophistication.‎ Each table features the designer’s signature and the Cappellini logo, engraved under the top of the tray.‎
