An exceptional and highly collectible vintage Nutting Truck Co. rolling cart, likely Model 140/141, dating to the 1920s–1940s, widely considered the “golden age” of American industrial manufacturing. At nearly 100 years old, this cart is authentic and unaltered, not a reproduction. This early 20th century production piece features a beautifully aged wood platform with a rich, original patina, supported by its heavy cast iron frame. The large spoked steel wheels retain their original cutout design, while the smaller castor wheels feature the rare teardrop-shaped openings. Notably, the original Nutting Truck Co. logos remain clearly visible on both sides, and the ‘Faribault, Minn’ marking reflects an earlier production era, as this longer form abbreviation predates the standardized two letter 'MN' postal codes introduced later in the 20th century. In very good vintage condition, with wear appropriate to age, including a small, unobtrusive wood loss along the lower side and a minor imperfection to one castor wheel, both pictured. Structurally sound and full of character. A rare opportunity to own a true piece of American industrial history.
