Created from a large Redwood tree, the slab for this table was cut from the outside portion of the log. First you’ll notice - it tapers. Next, the wonderful grain pattern - vertical to slash to vertical across the width. Then you’ll see the variable thickness at the edges. As the slab was not cut to an even thickness., the natural curves of the underside face express edge variance. It is really interesting. Carrying the top are the 1 1/4” I.D. Copper pipe legs with distinctive cross members. Size: width - 23 1/8” to 37 3/8”, length - 97”, height - 18”, thickness - 1 1/2” to 5”.
