A charming old rustic door with original green paint from India was salvaged and refashioned into a coffee table at some point in the late 20th century. The legs and apron were carved to compliment the style of the old door and create a sturdy framework for this coffee table. The door has distressed/scraped green paint accented with a dark red in the framework around the center panel. The coffee table top has a modern water-based varnish to protect the wood from water rings, though coasters are always a good idea. This coffee table is strong, ready for decades of use. See last photo, small gap between the center panel and the framework. If you feel that the shipping estimate is high please message me directly through Chairish and provide your zip code.
