PLINTH's form is restrained and architectural; its surface is deliberately raw and textured. A reinforced internal structure lets the table carry significant weight, making it as functional as it is formal. The material comes out of years of hands-on experimentation: recycled paper pulp and cardboard — the second life of wood — bound together with organic cement, binders, and paint into a composite that looks like cast stone yet performs nothing like it. It weighs far less than real concrete, gives slightly instead of cracking, and is sealed for lasting indoor use. Donatas describes it as the third life of wood — an everyday material remade, through process, into something entirely new.
