Directoire console table, France, circa 1800. This Classic Directoire French console table has a beautiful mahogany veneer. The brass fittings are original. The marble top is framed by a pierced brass railing. The console table has one central drawer. Additionally, the lower part has a shelf which is also decorated with a pierced railing. Two small pieces of the railing are missing. It comes in professionally refinished and French polished condition.
