Chiostro is a tribute to Italy's immense architectural heritage. The design is a hybrid of classic and contemporary, and is characterised by rigorous lines embellished by an inlay that enhances the company's know-how. Even the workmanship is a hybrid of ancient and modern: the wooden structure is made with a CNC pantograph, while the inlay is made strictly by hand with precious woods. The lacquered finish simulates the purity of the marble widely used in classical architecture. Chiostro is not a simple piece of furniture, but a symbol of Italian culture, history and taste. His design method is based on the observation of society, customs and habits, trying to investigate the interaction between things, people and space, and the ways that trigger affection towards an object. In 2016 the "Otium" project received an honourable mention from the Order of Architects of Bologna in the "The Bside" contest. In 2020 the "Lucky" project won third prize in the "Real Wood" contest organised by the Fondazione Real Sito di Carditello. Since 2017 he has collaborated as a product designer with the companies Hebanon Fratelli Basile1830 and Marmi Sacco.
