A rare, fully custom piece at the intersection of industrial salvage and contemporary craft. The structural heart is an antique wooden factory pulley wheel sourced from a Chicago antique dealer. Its six-spoke hub and warm patinated wood forming a dramatic focal element unlike anything found in production furniture. The concrete slab top was hand-poured by Michael Dreeben of Dreeben Studios in Chicago. The sweeping hourglass steel base was fabricated by a commissioned welder, purpose-built to elevate and frame the antique wheel. Every element was designed together; nothing is off-the-shelf. Functions beautifully as a console or bar. Minor surface marks on the concrete are consistent with use and likely addressable with wax. 44"H × 54"W
