A refined Emilian-Ferrarese console table from the Louis XV period, made in the 18th century from fine walnut burl. The elegant structure is characterized by a flowing, sinuous movement both on the front and sides, a distinctive feature of the Louis XV style, which gives the piece remarkable visual lightness and formal dynamism. The shaped top harmoniously follows the outline of the structure below, creating a highly balanced and sophisticated composition. The front features a large drawer, internally divided into practical compartments. The surfaces are enriched with burl wood grain, carefully selected and arranged to highlight its natural pattern, framed by light wood stringing that emphasizes the flowing contours of the piece. The rounded corner supports and saber-shaped legs are decorated with delicate vegetal carvings.
