Whimsical lacquer speckled low library table or console by artist Ira Yeager (American 1938-2022). 20th century heavy and solid wood table featuring a pumpkin orange color over a black lacquered ground. The rectangular table has a thick top with an ogee edge supported by square tapered legs. The speckled finish has an animal print style and was painstakingly applied by the artist for his studio in Calistoga, CA. The side measures 21 inches from the floor to the apron.
