A French console table from the 1940s, resting on an expressive hand-forged wrought iron base with fluid scrollwork and a central fleur-de-lis finial. The top is a thick-cut slab of honed white marble, softly contoured along the front edge. Delicate grey veining runs across its cool surface, lending a sense of movement. Condition: Great vintage condition, with a light patina to the iron frame. The marble top has light surface scratches, scuffs, and a few areas of discoloration. The back lower edge of the marble top has multiple minor indentations.
