Fantastic 20th century Italian carved pine console table decorated in the baroque taste. The table features a 1 inch thick rouge/rosso marble top with white veining in a Terra Cotta sienna tone. The carved base is centered by a large cartouche face in the Greek style resembling Apollo on the frieze. The apron is decorated with C-scrolls and acanthus having a parcel gilt finish. The table has an intentionally distressed patina to mimic age. The top is supported by dramatic ram's head legs ending with hoof feet.
