The Stryde Console Table is a sculptural entryway piece 3D-printed from black quartz sand. Two flowing legs sweep forward and apart from a slim, tapered top surface - the form carries a sense of forward motion, as if caught mid-stride between stillness and movement. Produced in Valencia, Spain using industrial binder jet additive manufacturing, the Stryde is printed as a single continuous structure with no seams, joints, or hardware. The raw mineral surface has a naturally coarse grain that shifts between matte and subtly reflective depending on the light. Designer: Blacksand Lab is a Valencia-based design studio specialising in sculptural furniture and lighting produced through industrial 3D printing with quartz sand. Every piece is designed digitally, printed as a single monolithic form, and finished by hand. The studio operates at the intersection of digital fabrication and traditional craft - using cutting-edge additive manufacturing to create objects with the weight, texture, and presence of carved stone.
