The leg comprises three conical segments, each offering a distinct relief ranging from chisel-cut grooves to raw-plaster roughness.The Twin no. 2 console is a sculptural narrative of contrasts—between colors, textures, and materials. A softly rounded rectangular top in a warm shade of white is enlivened by two ceramic inlays: a deep, rusty terracotta and a subtle olive green. These colorful “stains,” created by Arkadiusz Bieńko, merge with the jesmonite surface to form an abstract, almost painterly gesture, while the top’s smoothness highlights every brush mark, contrasting with the pronounced texture of the glazed ceramic.Although the top retains a rectangular plan, its edges are gently rounded, giving the console softness. It rests on two soaring legs built from cascaded cones: the lower segments bear evident chisel marks, whereas the upper ones recall raw plaster. The two-tiered leg structure adds lightness and slenderness to the piece while ensuring full stability.The console is crafted in our studio from jesmonite—a blend of acrylic resin and ceramic gypsum reinforced with fiberglass. The entire piece is sealed with a two-component matte lacquer that protects against moisture, dirt, and UV radiation, guaranteeing durability and easy care for years.Twin no. 2 is a work of functional art that excels as an elegant hallway console, a refined accent in the living room, or a subtle piece in the bedroom—a sculpture that effortlessly unites utility with artistic form.Perler Design stands as a testament to the beauty of collaborative artistry. Katherine herself designs and crafts a special collection of coffee and side tables as well as dining tables made from jesmonite. Additionally, she seeks out remarkable artistic talents throughout Poland. She collaborates with these artists, co-designing projects that are then brought to life through their skilled hands. This bespoke approach sets us apart, shunning mass production in favor of individual vision and creating truly one-of-a-kind pieces.
