Italian art deco extending wooden console, 1970s Art Deco-style extending wooden console table with a top featuring a central star motif. The top can be extended to increase the surface area across its width. Four extendable supports, two on each side, allow the top to be widened by supporting the extension leaves, which are connected to the main top by metal hinges. The top is supported by three fluted wooden columns resting on a lower stretcher and two shaped feet. 1970s Good condition, with light signs of age. It shows surface scratches, minor abrasions, and small signs of use across the wooden surface, consistent with the object’s age and use. Measurements in cm 190x62.5x77.5h and 190x81.5x77.5h when extended.
