The term Yuugen 幽 玄 is a concept of Japanese aesthetics, refering to the mysterious beauty of the world. The Yuugen No. 3 console features lines, angles, and flat surfaces of steel and burnt wood. The square in end-wood, present on each of the artists' creations, is the image of the central pillar on which old Japanese wooden houses were built: the Daikoku Bashira 大 黒 柱. This is one of the two signatures of Atelier Villard. This piece features steel and burnt ash and cherrywood. Stamped by Maker,Stamped by Maker
