Theodore Alexander Atelier De La Madeleine Console

Chairish

$796

Designed on a smaller scale, this Theodore Alexander three-tiered console features a top crafted from acacia wood and two lower shelves heavily lacquered in black with groupings of faux worm holes throughout. There is one drawer in the apron with diminutive antiqued brass pulls that opens up to reveal the manufacturer's nameplate on the side (refer to picture 15) and an oval plaque affixed to the bottom of the drawer giving the name of the collection, Atelier de la Madeleine (refer to picture 16). I need to point out that the right front leg appears to have been broken at some point and repaired (refer to pictures 10 and 11). I didn't even notice this repair until I started photographing the console. There are no other defects to point out. The entire piece has been distressed to give it an antique look, mainly by means of worm holes that were impressed into the wood. In spite of the repaired leg, this console is a delightfully decorative piece of furniture! I photographed this console outside on a sunny day. It will invariably look darker in an interior setting under artificial light. Please take this into consideration when matching colors. Measurements Height: 34" Width: 33" Depth: 16"
