The base platform is a traditional coil sprung affair, it has a central support torsion bar, only the finest cabinet makers used those like Howard & Son's and Jas Shoolbred Condition wise, the hand dyed oxblood finish has nicely aged and its in keeping with the rest of the piece, the timber is all present and rich, it looks to have earlier restorations as you would expect based on the age, all in all its a wonderful example that looks expensive and important in any setting Dimensions Height:- 106cm Width:- 205.5cm Depth:- 78cm Seat height:- 47cm
