The sofa has an ergonomic design which is a key element in all the designs of Yrjö Kukkapuro. The Yrjö Kukkapuro workshop sofa is one of the most emblematic parts of Finnish design. Presented in 1964, Ateljee was born when Kukkapuro decided to transform the structure of a bed into a steel into a long chair and in the sofa. Workshop remains one of the best known works in Kukkapuro and was acquired by the Victoria & Albert Museum collections in London and Moma in New York. This piece has an attribution mark, I am sure that it is completely authentic and take full responsibility for any authenticity issues arising from misattribution
