The Essentiel sofa presents itself with a clear purpose. A design without excess and friendly ergonomics, it represents a mix of Italian elegance and northern traits, merging harmonious elements in the space-time map of design. With essential lines that can be customized, the 67cm and 77cm backrest pillows are also available in the higher version with a support roller. This sofa is available in the following sizes: 154 – 190 – 220 – 250 cm. With its sophisticated allure, our Essentiel armchair completes this timeless collection.Born in 1953 he left formal education and began, almost by chance, his experience in the field of the padded furniture. Fascinated by the world that surrounded him, he eagerly devoted himself to researching building forms and techniques which have borne fruit for the companies in which he worked. In 1991 he opened his studio as an independent designer and in 1993 he came across Saba Italia. New challenges and new incentives lead to the creation of the “nomad sofa”: Taos, Ananta, Limes, Nesting, Pixel. Creations that were born from reflection of new desires that encourage us to live in a less formal way, equipped with systems that enable change with simple gestures, by playing with shapes.Structure: In wood padded with variable-density polyurethane foam (21IM – 30P – 40IP – 75IP), covered with fine velvet coupled with resin 200gr/sqm.Feet: 17 cm high in shaped metal matt corten or gloss grey RAL 7021 painted finish.Padding: The seat cushions are padded with variable-density polyurethane foam (35IP – 25IM), covered with polyester fiber 350gr/sqm. The back cushions are in polyester fiber mixed with washed and sterilized goose feather divided into sections and covered with 100% white cotton fabric anti-feather.
