One of the most recognized designs by Hans Wegner and probably the whole danish mid-century modern period is the GE 290 sofa and arm chair produced by Getama. The 290 series is most recognized by it strong and long “iron board” style armrests and the typical backward pointing rear feet. Restauration details: The pillows have been reupholstered, but we still kept the original spring interiors in place, the worn foam has been replaced around the core. The wooden frame was cleaned and oiled. This piece has an attribution mark, I am sure that it is completely authentic and take full responsibility for any authenticity issues arising from misattribution
