Bohemian '72 sofa is part of a collection of furniture made of rattan that combines the designer's interest in natural materials and curiosity for refined oriental culture in years of travel.Soft curves, organic and sculptural shapes. A bold, elegant and sophisticated style that bridges the gap between outdoor and indoor. The designer's goal was to create a collection of flexible seats, which could equally be adapted in the city, in the countryside, or by the sea. Attracted by rattan for its strength and versatility, a material very popular in the 70s, Gabriella Crespi was able to reinvent it thanks to the innovative technique of using repeated layers of vertically rolled rattan screws.
