Model number WA 1005 Condition Report: Solid Frame in Good condition with some scuffs and scratches as expected with usage. Fabric is in good shape some looseness under the sofa some wear including some rubbing slight stains along the backrest, arms and front apron, some minor fraying to some areas of edges.
