VULCANO OUTDOOR is a modular sofa, available in 4 different compositions.‎FeaturesBackrest and armrest: made of stainless steel 316 with electropolished or powder-coated finishes in white 100, wine red 405, khaki green 705, burnished, matte titanium 710, or with a lacquered finish in textured colors: white 300, sand 310, brick 320, sage green 330, terracotta 325, forest green 335, charcoal 350.‎ The weaving is made of extruded PVC with a nylon core in colors: anthracite 7005, bordeaux 7002, white 7007, cream 7001, brown 7004, green 7006; with polypropylene cord in colors: sand 8001, anthracite 8005, bordeaux 8002, green 8006, white 8007, brown 8004; or in matte polypropylene in colors: natural 8102, straw 8101, ice 8103, anthracite 8105.‎Base: made of stainless steel 316 with powder-coated finishes and a panel in compact laminated laminate.‎ Ground support on thermoplastic material glides.‎Seat cushion: made of expanded polyurethane covered with a protective fabric with a water-repellent backing.‎Backrest cushion: made of expanded polyurethane and polyester fiber covered with a protective fabric with a water-repellent backing.‎Optional cushions: made of polyester fiber with a water-repellent cover.‎ Optional cushions are available upon request for an additional cost.‎Covering: removable fabric.‎Cover: made of waterproof material, available upon request for an additional cost.‎MaterialsFrame: extruded PVC - metal - polypropylene cord.‎Covering: flame-retardant - outdoor fabrics.‎Vulcano is a collection of sofas characterized by weaving, a theme that is particularly dear to Flexform.‎The core themes of flexibility in composition and a high degree of customization, combined with passionate research into materials that ensure high performance in outdoor environments, form the foundation of the Vulcano sofa design.‎The base of the sofa is made of marine plywood, while the armrests and backrest structure are crafted from 316 austenitic stainless steel, a superalloy that guarantees excellent outdoor performance.‎ These elements are covered in a sophisticated weave made of polypropylene fiber or polyurethane rubber, available in a refined color palette.‎The sofa rests on a perimeter frame made of 316 austenitic steel and nylon feet.‎To ensure optimal performance in the open air, all the cushions are covered with special water-repellent, breathable fabric covers, while the extensive textile collection offers excellent resistance not only to weather conditions and UV rays but also to chlorine and saltwater.‎It is strongly recommended to use the appropriate covers to keep the sofas in good condition and preserve their original state as much as possible.‎
