Made with 70-percent polyester/30-percent cotton fabric creates a smooth draping effect, soft texture and easy maintenance. Stacey Balloon Valance is constructed with a 1.5-inch rod pocket, decorative 2.5-inch header and chamber to create the poufy balloon effect. Width is measured overall 60-inches, Length is measured 15-inches from header top (ruffle above the rod pocket) to bottom of valance. For wider windows simply add multiple valances together on the same curtain rod. Stacey Valances can be combined with coordinating Tiers and Swags. Machine Washable.
