An uncommon and early daybed by Adrian Pearsall for Craft Associates. Photo from original catalog provided by Adrian Pearsall's son, Jim Pearsall. Acquired from the family of the original owner in the Philadelphia area. This daybed was most likely purchased at Wanamaker's. It would've been one of the first pieces ever made by Pearsall. 77" W x 32" D x 28" H Seat height 16" Priced with reupholstery in mind. The metal frame is in original condition with scuffs and lots of patina. Structurally sound - solid and sturdy. The fabric needs to be updated. The foam in the backrest is slightly crunchy (this piece was last upholstered in 2000).
