Eva Solo’s Green Tools mixing bowl is a multifunctional, stackable steel bowl – ideal for use as a dough bowl, baking bowl, or for everyday food prep. Made from 90% recycled stainless steel, the bowl is non-reactive, making it safe for both acidic and alkaline ingredients, as well as for food storage. With high sides and a rounded base, the mixing bowl is perfect for kneading dough, whipping cream, or setting up a bain-marie. Internal measuring marks allow for easy ingredient portioning directly in the bowl, while a silicone ring on the base keeps it stable on the countertop. With the Green Tools series, Eva Solo encourages everyone to increase the amount of vegetables in their diet – the products have been developed for plant-based cooking and optimized specifically for preparing vegetables and fruits.
