The inspiration for the Hamish collection of ceramics was derived from the early seventies artist Joseph Ryman and his works in white and charcoal grey. The contrast between the dark rich graphite grey and the simplicity of ultra white works well together to tell the story of the seventies art. The tall footed bowl becomes a vessel that is simply a work of modern art or an elborate floral arrangment for that special occasion.
