Norwegian designer Kristine Five Melvær was inspired by ancient Etruscan pottery and Umbrian craft traditions in designing the striking Ikiperu Cup, named for an Etruscan goddess. Bold color blocking and shifts in texture define Melvær's contemporary interpretation of this timeless form. The handmade bowl combines glazed and unglazed ceramic for both visual and tactile beauty.
