This Louis XVI style gilt bronze and cobalt blue crystal oval bowl by Gherardo Degli Albizzi features high quality chiseled bronze. The upper edge of the blue crystal cup has got a bronze rim with geometrical engraving but the highlights are the satyr-shaped side applications. On the long sides there are two decorations featuring a gilt bronze draped cloth with knots. Below the cobalt blue crystal there is a small bronze connection stem while under the beveled crystal foot there is a bronze sub-base with four vegetal-shape feet. Available even in clear crystal.
