Rhombe Color Soup Bowl, Diam 9.6′′

The Rhombe Color soup bowl takes Lyngby Porcelæn’s archival rhombus relief and gives it a new context. The raised pattern wraps the wide rim, catching light and shadow, while the deep center is sized for soups, stews, or pasta. The series was developed with Copenhagen design studio Stilleben, who rethought the classic porcelain form in contemporary tones. Here, the bowl comes in turquoise or green—colors strong enough to stand on their own, but also meant to mix easily with the rest of the Rhombe line.
