Stoff Nagel Bowl

A bowl that’s also a module—part of the original STOFF Nagel system. First launched in the late 1960s, the STOFF Nagel bowl was initially conceived as an ashtray, but its form was quickly adopted for many other uses. Relaunched today, it works as both a standalone object and a connector within the wider Nagel collection. The bowl can be used on its own for keys, jewelry, or seasonal decorations. Add taper candles and it becomes a sculptural holder. Combine it with classic candle modules and the forms interlock, expanding into larger, customizable compositions. Each finish—mirror-bright chrome, warm brass that develops a natural patina, or matte black with a more contemporary edge—brings a different atmosphere while preserving the unmistakable Nagel silhouette. At 2.7″ H × 5.5″ D (6.9 × 14 cm), it’s compact enough for daily use yet designed to evolve into something larger when combined.
