As found near Paris, these two French Mid-Century wooden shadow boxes were designed to collect and display wine corks. We met and purchased many items, including two of these boxes, from a gentleman retiring who owned a bar near Paris. These boxes feature the logo of Hotels de la France and have a top opening for inserting the corks. Fantastic statement piece sitting on a tabletop or bar.
