This antique stoneware crock is from a time of yore, when most folks put up their own food for winter, milked their own cows, and tended their own gardens. Featuring a peaceful flower on it, appearing to be a decal added a later date for decorative purposes, it has not only served it's intended purpose over the years, but also offered visual enjoyment to multiple generations as a decorative piece. Measures approximately 8.75" tall and 5" in diameter, this weighs in at about 3 pounds and 7.7 ounces. As seen in photos, there are some chips and discoloration, a scrape, and overall wear.
