Contemporary Chinoiserie Botanical Temple Jars - A Pair

This is a pair of large, high quality porcelain blue and white Balaster Temple Jar / Ginger Jar decorated with a large floral pattern. This is considered a foot stomp process on the porcelain, which gives it the rich Indigo and bone (not white) patina. This is a great decorative Ginger Jar and the color and design are incredible. It in a balaster shape with a heavy lid that comes topped with a large decorative foo dog. Additionally, it has some foo dog face handles around the top upper edge. This makes it possible to strong a tassel through to tie in the front. These would looks amazing with your other blue and white pottery / ceramics. This can be used anywhere as a jar accent or a vase. There are newly made, but with Rough Hewen surface. These are roughly 18 inches tall, 10 wide and 9 inches at the bottom.
