Inspired by the fluted architecture of Vermont’s capital, this hand-blown glass decanter combines molded and hand-closed techniques for exceptional detail. A statement piece for whiskey, bourbon, or display, it reimagines the look traditionally found in cut crystal. The result: timeless style and tactile texture in the Montpelier Collection’s signature ribbed design. At Simon Pearce, fine glassware is still hand-blown in the traditional style. Simon Pearce opened his first glassblowing shop in 1971 in Kilkenny, Ireland. Ten years later, the factory was moved to Quechee, Vermont, where it remains today. The Ottauquechee River provides clean, hydroelectric power for the facility. All Simon Pearce items are proudly made in the U.S.A.
